Ramon Penn

Brand newbie, looking to find more time freedom via real estate. Proud father and husband, tired of running the rat race and ready to run light speed. Searching for a mentor, someone to show me the ropes. I’ve been in the hospitality business for over a decade making me a social butterfly. I’m great with Microsoft office and Quickbooks. Very goal oriented willing/eager to help/learn in any way I can. I’m interested in building a plethora of passive income via cashflowing rentals. The plan is to employ the BRRRR method acquiring/making as many deals that make sense. I look forward to working with any and all with similar aspirations! LETS WIN TOGETHER!
