I'm currently working for the Air Force for the past 12 years, even though I enjoy my career I have always look into ways to create cash flow. Due to relocating with the military, I had also become a landlord from my previous home, since then I have been looking into deals to see how I can grow and benefit from real estate in the short and long term. Some of my hobbies are travel, hiking, outdoors and anything that is a bit daredevil adventures. These hobbies can be pretty expensive but to me is a great motivation to create a passive income so I can eventually gain more income and as well more time.
