I am the owner of Skylatus Property Capital LLC, a capital brokerage firm that raises debt and equity for real estate deals. www.skylatus.com Before starting the business, I worked in real estate private equity and I was a commercial real estate lender on Wall Street. I also worked for land developers and I am a CPA (inactive). I am acquired and lent on over $2 billion of real estate throughout my career. www.skylatus.com
