I work full time as a Freight Broker and spend all of my spare time devouring any information related to multifamily real estate. My wife and I recently sold our first house-hacked fourplex and did a 1031 exchange to buy two more fourplexes in a much more desirable location. We live in one unit and rent out the other seven. We are living as frugally as we can and saving up to fund our next multifamily investment property. We are very interested in learning how to syndicate a larger multifamily deal to significantly grow our portfolio.
