My wife and I live in Versailles, KY. We are primarily buy and hold investors in central KY. We have 6 single family rentals, 4 of which we applied the BRRRR strategy. We also recently flipped our first property. We are interested in long-term rentals in central Ky and have recently become interested in expanding into short-term vacation rentals.
