Randy Garner

I'm the General Operations Manager at Oak Ridge Properties, a Colorado-based real estate investment and property management company. I oversee the daily operations of the business, including staff management, property management, HR, marketing and branding, resident relations, training, and accounting oversight. My role ensures that both our internal team and portfolio of properties operate efficiently and consistently. In addition to my W2 role, I’m the founder and owner of Garner Rental Refresh LLC (GRR), a growing property services company serving the Colorado Springs area. GRR specializes in unit turns, painting, drywall repair, and general property maintenance—helping landlords, investors, and property managers keep their rentals market-ready and well maintained. I'm also a budding real estate investor currently house hacking my own home and working toward expanding into small multifamily properties such as triplexes and quadplexes. My long-term goal is to start doing multifamily syndication deals to build a vertically integrated portfolio and service business that supports investors at every stage.
