Hey! My name is Parker. I live in Alberta, Canada. I'm a mid 20's guy who follows Jesus, loves my wife, and loves giving back in any way that I can. Whether that be from my talents, time, or resources. I've been a real estate investor for about 3 years. I have my real estate license in the province of Alberta. I founded and ran a platinum recycling company before I was an agent and have since sold that business. My wife and I love to snowboard, travel, and help out and youth camps whenever we can. I used to proceeds to buy my personal residence and 2 properties in Belize. Since then I've gotten a hold of one more rental property, and am currently raising capital for my first multi-family deal. Real Estate Goals: My wife and I want to get to the point where we can live passively off of cashflow so we can run/fund non-profits that we desire to be a part of in some way or another. This year I'm hoping to do my first joint venture deal and pick up my first multi-family property. Currently Seeking: Some mentoring in how to approach tax structure and corporate structures. As well as working on doing joint venture deals.
