I'm a relatively new investor. After relocating to Las Vegas, NV for work, I accidentally became an investor in 2017. In mid 2018 a family member re-introduced me to the benefits of real estate investing. A skeptic by nature, I read everything I could about real estate investing....which eventually led me to Bigger Pockets. For me, the long term buy and hold strategy has the most appeal as a long term investment strategy. In the meantime, I find off market deals for other investors. I occasionally invest in properties, as part of my long term strategy, as I build the capital reserve or partner with other investors. Every investor is different, so the first investment will require a personal walk through.
