Rarebird Property Management is part of a collection of real estate companies based in Portland, Oregon, founded in 2014 by local real estate investors, Tyler Combs and Mike Nuss. We started managing properties in 2015 after becoming frustrated with third-party services caring for our investments. We wanted a better property management experience for both ourselves and our residents, so we brought everything in-house. As our reputation within the Portland community grew, we received requests from other owners to help manage their properties and safeguard their investments. Our companies are built on a set of deeply held core values where communication and follow-through are at the forefront of how we do business. With both property owners and residents, we take the time to listen and truly understand your need and goals. We truly believe that your success is our success!
