Hello, I've had a early srtart in business world. I had my first retail store at age 18. As a teenager I saved up from selling news paper contracts (door to door). I have opened my first car dealership at age 19. I have built up the business and have resold it to other car dealer. Since then I have built up many businesses and have sold them to investors that were looking for absente businesses operations. I have bachelors degree in economics and masters degree in Finace and marketing. As a car dealer, I have mastered the art of flipping for a great profit. I have used that skill in flipping businesses and now i have started to use it in real estate market. I focus on developing multifamily complexes or 20+ single family lot subdivisions. I am always open to collaborating with other investors or developers.
