Raushanah Morgan

I was born and raised in Memphis, TN but spent my first career on the East Coast and overseas in Asia. In 2017, I returned to Memphis to personally take advantage of the many REI opportunities here, flips, SFH and AirBnB rentals to multi-unit complexes and commercial development. Gentrification is hitting our city hard and I want to differentiate myself with thoughtful and inclusive REI that benefits all of Memphis' citizens....and help investors achieve true long-term gains! My ultimate goal is to set my own path to financial freedom. I completed my first flip and received my residential contractor's license certification 2019. In 2021, I bought my first owner-occupied investment and completed the renovations for it. After a lot of soul searching during the pandemic, I'm now a commercial real estate agent, licensed in TN and MS. I still want to focus on doing AirBnBs as my side hustle to keep the money flowing during the slow seasons, and possibly dabble into property management.
