Time's up, moving forward to bigger things for 2018. MOTIVATED and honoring my WHY. Experience: Getting into wholesaling in my area and hope to get more acquainted with the real estate investing arena. I am just in a huge analysis/paralysis mode right now and it's time to get going. I currently still in my Electronics field working full time so getting started part-time will be my thing for now. I am up for the sacrifices to learn and get networking with other experienced wholesalers and fix/flip people. I do want more connections, real estate agents, brokers, and investors. Real Estate Goals: 2018 goals for me will be networking, and possibly be involved with my first wholesaling contract by the end of the month. This is it, no more fear, I know once I'm started, it will open up more opportunities for buy and hold strategies. Currently Seeking: Wholesaling, and buy/hold are top of my list right now. Also, I would like someone who may know about rolling over my 401K to a self directing IRA, and if anyone who has done it, how did it work out for you?
