Ray Hill

Hey everyone, glad to be part of this community! I live in north New Jersey in a 2 family home, I rent one and live in the other. My regular job for the past 15+ years is being a NYC ironworker. I specialize in fabrication, welding and installation of steel in new buildings, old buildings, bridges... you name it. Aside from my day job I have put quite a lot of work into my own home, family, friend’s homes and side jobs as well. I’ve done heating and air conditioning systems, plumbing, electric, demo, framing, removing load bearing walls as well as finish work. I am not a contractor and do not do this every day, yet I’m extremely detail orientated. I do extensive homework, whether I’m doing the work or outsourcing it, I make sure it’s done right. All and all I’m happy to be apart of this community. I’m here to learn, help, network, make connections and make likeminded friends. What do I bring to the table? I’m very analytical and enjoy evaluating potential deals. I have a good knowledge of homes from the ground up, I’m not afraid to tackle projects and I’m all about solving problems.
