Hello! My name is Ray Jhala and I am an aspiring real estate investor based in the Saint Charles, MO area! Looking to connect & grow with other like-minded individuals on this fantastic platform! I am primarily interested in growing my portfolio by deploying the BRRRR strategy on Multifamily Duplex/Triplex Properties. I closed on my first duplex in January 2020 and am looking to add 2-4 more units to my portfolio before the end of 2020.
