I've recently relocated to Buffalo NY with my wife for her job from San Francisco CA. Its been over 3 years since we've moved and I've been keeping busy acquiring and maintaining a handful of rentals. Co hosting our buffalo meetup group monthly (2nd Wednesday of the month) Experience: Currently invested in/managing 59 doors between the bay area and Buffalo NY. Currently very hands on from day to day from leasing, managing and swinging a hammer (less so now) Real Estate Goals: -To continue to steadily grow at a controllable rate over the next five years to be financially free. -To connect with lenders to pull out equity from my existing properties in order to further invest to reach the five year goal -To meet with and talk to local inverstors to share and gain knowledge in both my local market and other potential markets. Diving into bigger deals, partnering on small to medium sized apartments (done!) Lenders in the Buffalo NY area to help me pull out equity from current rental properties Looking for a good all around contractor to help with rehab of properties that I'm holding in the city of Buffalo NY. Also looking for a maintence person to be on staff to maintain the doubles and 4 units as well as the small and med apartment buildings.
