About myself
My wife and I are investor's here in Flagstaff, AZ. I am a Police Officer. I like to find properties in developing area's where I know that crime is down. I am also a Drug Recognition Expert so I use that skill for screening tenants (and other things). I've been helping people screen tenants and find properties for years now. I finally came to BiggerPockets to make my own investments.
