My husband and I are buy and hold, single family and multi-family investors. We've focused on various markets across the US including in Austin, TX, Huntsville, AL, Richmond, VA and Augusta, GA. We are looking to build passive income with additional purchases for single families and multi-families. Corporate by day, with the main goal of growing the business into one where we can focus on RE investment 100% of the time. We have a great start and open to different strategies to build that portfolio. Interests: 1031 Exchanges, Single Families, Multi-families, Mobile Home parks and potentially vacation property investments in ski and/or beach towns.
