About myself
Hello BP'ers, I just recently relocated from the DC metro area back home to South Florida. I have a rental property in N Va and I'm currently looking for a live in fixer upper in Florida (Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Palm City) that I can live in with my family for the short term and turn into a rental with 1.5 to 2 years. If you're a wholesaler in S. Florida or have a good deal, please let me know!
