HI I started flipping homes then went on to rentals. I'm heading towards note investing and to start flipping again. I have a team that will travel and fix up homes that I acquire through the note business or other means. I have about 25 years doing various aspects of real estate investing. I believe that there is enough deals for everyone and that those that believe in themselves are willing to share their knowledge. I also believe in win-win for everyone and full disclosure. I have been selling some rentals to free capital to go into the note space. I'm looking for honest note sellers, hedge fund leaders and just good honest people to network with. I'm doing this for two reasons, one is that I enjoy it and two I'd like to leave my family in a strong position when I'm no longer here. That's my motivation. Thanks R. Doug Wickliffe
