Jason Jochem

I worked commercial construction for a few years out of high school as I was attending a tech school. While at the tech school, I obtained my real estate sales license and my brokers license with the intention of using it to acquire land for sub-dividing and spec building. I had a friend who had been in residential construction for years that I was going to go into business with, but we never made it happen as he moved back to where he grew up. I never put together a deal and fell into the lifestyle of traveling all over the country playing poker professionally. I'm currently bouncing between summers in Wisconsin and winters in Ft lauderdale, but I've began to settle down with a good Midwestern girl and would like to get my focus back to real estate investing.
