Elias Dagher

Hi I'm Elias. I have worked in Tokyo in a well paying corporate sales job and have managed to build a fair bit of savings, but have been struggling to even get 2% from stocks on the Tokyo exchange. This provoked me to do more studies into finance, and a common message I hear from those who have experienced financial success is real estate. After a few years of research, I jumped into property investing and currently own several multi-family properties totaling over 50 rooms in the Japan market. I currently hold them as rental properties, and I am now shifting my focus to start investing back in Canada in both fix-and-flips or buy & hold rentals.
