I am currently a Developer. I am doing this full time and plan to be debt free in 2 years. I have rehabbed several homes with a partner, done a commercial project myself, and just completed my first residential rehab as project manager. I have had extensive real estate training. I will be doing Wholesale deals, and acquire rental properties mainly with some rehabs to sell. I have a home in remodify with OCWEN. Need funds to ready for tenants. Need start up funds to start an LLC, hire bookkeeper, costs for inspections and fees.
