Hello, welcome to my profile. I am a 15 year old teen who ever since age 10 has been deeply interested in Finances, Investing, and Business. I have personally invested in stocks, gold and silver, and I have now moved on to Real Estate. I find each investment I have tried has their own pros and cons, yet real estate has many pros compared to other investments, which lead me to begin reading books. I found this site on google, and so I further my Real Estate knowledge here. I am looking to simply build connections, and knowledge until I turn 18 in which I shall go to college, and for housing I shall buy a duplex using an FHA 203k or basic FHA loan to buy the property in which I can live out of and rent as I continue my education. Although I am young, I can guarantee I am a mature, and dedicated young man. I have invested seriously in other investments, won some, loss some. 85% of kids my age or younger do not care or are too lazy to invest at all, further showing my dedication, my uniqueness and my passion to soak up knowledge. I do not need a mentor but if one happens to be near me, I shall be glad to meet, discuss and be taken under a wing. I am open to many things, but remember I am 15 and I wish to learn and build connections for my future at 18 years of age. I shall warn you though, for my own happiness and the success of a friendship/business connection, Hypocrites, liars, and people who criticize me because of my age I will ignore and never do business with under any circumstances, I have morals, a code, and my ideas.
