Joe Rivera

I grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y. Loved to look at the beautiful apartment buildings in the better neighborhoods. Air Force veteran. Studied Business Administration while in the military and hotel management in New York. Moved to Florida 35 years ago. Retired from hotel management. Obtained my Florida real estate license along the way and bought, rented, and sold a couple of homes. An avid reader of multi-family and most commercial real estate. Now only interested in investment income properties. Presently a referral agent for Park Place Realty Network at www.parkplaceconnects.com/jrivera.
