Experience: I'm a licensed realtor in the states of ID and WA. I realize that for me it's 10x easier to get wealthy off of investing in RE than selling it so really the sole purpose of me doing it is so that I can acquire the necessary knowledge to sniff out "great" deals and buy them for a flip or long term hold. I did have a foray into investing a while back but everything that could go wrong with my flip did. I didn't know how to run numbers, I didn't know the market, and to top it all off, we bought dab smack at the very top of the bubble. I'm now older and wiser and am determined to get back into it the right way. Currently spending a good portion of my day educating myself on how to do it the right way. Real Estate Goals: I'd like to get to the point where I could replace my current household income 3x within 3 years and have my wife be a stay at home mom. Currently Seeking: Great wholesale deals, great contractors, and like-minded investors locally to network with.
