Rebecca is passionate about helping others to be successful in life. She realized the intrinsic value of home ownership while studying psychology and sociology courses in college. She decided to pursue a Business degree and then join the Mortgage Lending field so she could help people become home owners. Once they have a home of their own, she educates them on the value of investing in Real Estate. Rebecca is a certified instructor and teaches the Washington State Housing Finance Committee Courses. Continually attending additional classes and training, she holds the highest designation a loan officer can obtain, the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation or CMPS Rebecca is honest, ethical and very versatile and has a vast knowledge base covering most any lending scenario; from refinances and purchases to first time homebuyer loans, construction, government loans, multi family, land development and a vast array of commercial loans. She knows how to determine the best loan and the lowest total cost structure over time for her clients. Rebecca goes above and beyond the call of duty to help people achieve their goals of home ownership or financial planning via a refinance and/or purchase loan program. Rebecca is almost exclusively “by referral” as she says it frees up time that would normally be spent marketing. Her business is almost 100% repeat and referral clients. She is also the recipient of the esteemed Five Star Mortgage Professional Award published in Seattle Magazine for the last 5 consecutive years. On a more personal note, Rebecca was born and raised in Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration. She lives in Bothell, enjoys dancing, water sports, spending time with family and friends and football and in her spare time loves to curl up with a good book or watch a movie.
