After 18 years on the commercial real estate valuation, underwriting and acquisitions side of the business, I am now a Realtor in the Atlanta metro area focusing on residential sales. Having worked on building a family home as a teenager, I have always been interested in the build/project management and am at the point that I'd like to make that my primary focus. I have been searching out distressed residential properties in my area that would be rehab/flip candidates and would like to learn more about creative ways to finance deals as well as learn how to quickly assess economics of potential deals.
