Reed Larson

Realtor at Keller Williams General Contractor Real estate Investor ( buy and hold+flips) Hello! My name is Reed Larson and I was born and raised in the city of Waukesha, WI. I just turned 20 years old and I eat, sleep, breath real estate, and I have for quite a long time. I am currently a student at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee studying Architecture and Urban Planning. On top of being a full time student I work as a carpenter/ contractor for myself as I started my own construction company. My passion for real estate came very early, in the 7th grade, roughly 13 years old I got a hold of my own I-pad, this gave me the freedom to explore the app I love to this day, Zillow! I have used Zillow/ MLS daily for the last seven years, the last two years analyzing properties in the eyes of an investor in search of the best deals.I have gained so much more knowledge as I have worked for realtors, investors, and contractors. I have helped out of state investors invest in the city of Milwaukee with spectacular results. I am more than excited to get on to bigger pockets, I have listened to the podcast and read the forums for months. I am here to learn and grow as a real estate investor and meet as many like minded people who all have a strong passion for real estate and financial freedom. If you have any advice or questions feel free to contact me through the site or my social media handles.
