I am a Realtor in Chesapeake, Virginia. I like to play sports (interested in learning golf). I was in the Marine Corps for 8 years until I met my lovely wife. Really interested in engaging in Real Estate for investment purposes and I am looking to learn as much as I can from everyone. I am a novice at this and I'm looking forward to your knowledge about Real Estate. I am interested in learning different ways on how to receive financing for real estate investing other than the traditional lending institution way (bank loans).
