Greetings BP Members, I have been studying Real estate investing since 2007. I am investing on a part-time basis and look forward to networking with other members on this BP site. I created it in hopes of showing people with no experience how investing in real estate can increase their wealth working with me and my Power Team Experience: I have sold a wholesale deal from a Tax deed sale purchase. I currently have a buy & hold rental that I serve as the managing partner. Real Estate Goals: I want real estate investing to take me to Financial Freedom where my Passive income exceeds all My expenses for my Family. I also want to continue this investing journey from residential properties to commercial properties. Currently Seeking: I am looking to build relationships and engage in partnership deals with a Financial partner. I have used my cash from 401k on my rental in FL. So, I am looking forward to analyzing and managing more deals and to create win-win situations.
