Kevin Oliver

Kevin Oliver is a results-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in business development, IT consulting, and business management. Mr. Oliver has heightened understanding of diversified inter-continental & international business with a strong aptitude for successfully carrying operational and logistical projects from conception to completion. Before joining REI, Mr. Oliver was a founding partner in the California offices of Oliver & Gray and Assoc., where he specialized in Real Estate development and investments. Prior to developing his own firm, he held positions with GE Consumer Finance and Nortel Networks. At GE, Mr. Oliver served as Top Issues Manager for North America and received his Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Responsible for driving change within GE’s mortgage business, he implemented LEAN Six Sigma tools and strategies, developed and coordinated strategic, operational, and system initiatives within GE Consumer Finance Lending. Mr. Oliver has a background in Computer Science with his Masters in Project Management from George Washington University. Mr. Oliver serves on the Executive Board of Directors of The REI Group, the Executive Board for the local Bakersfield chapter of the Salvation Army, and is a proud member of Rotary International.
