About myself
Hello! I am a military officer who recently moved to the Tacoma area and am looking for partners interested in value-add multi-family properties. I am fairly limited on experience with two rehabbed SFHs, one in NY which I sold recently and another in AZ which I have rented for the past 6 years. I am fairly handy, performing 80% or so of the work myself. I'm done with flipping for the foreseeable future and have moved on to buy and holds.
