About myself
Better late than never! I am a semi-retired empty-nester looking to finally start the journey to becoming a real estate investor. Since my 20's I've had a fantasy about leveraging real estate investing to help add value a community and improve the housing options available to buyers/tenants, by purchasing/reabbing/flipping homes and apartments. Now that I am retired from full-time corporate life, my husband says: "Go for it!" So, here I am.
