David R.

My name is David R. I live in the Los Angeles area and have been investing in the L.A. real estate space actively since 2015. I personally have been in the car business (Mercedes-Benz) for 32 years and have had a lifelong interest in real estate. My wife Edna is in new home sales. We are investing primarily in buy and hold and currently own a 5-unit in Los Angeles which we recently finished expanding from a stand alone duplex. Thank you for reading and let's meet up!
