I consider myself a Financial Freedom Seeker. I have been lucky to get closer to my goals using these three disparate avenues: Real Estate Investor..Financial Services Agent..Software Professional. As a Software Engineer, I enjoy the satisfaction of finding anomalies in code and getting them resolved. I'm grateful for this day job that affords me the bread and butter I need. As a Real Estate Investor, I find cash-flowing properties in upcoming zip codes around metro Atlanta, and in Cincinnati, and rent them, to create passive income streams. I've recently upped my game and trying my hand at a flip. I'm always excited by the possibilities, challenges, and thrills real estate brings with it. As a Financial Services Professional, I am actively building financial service agencies in several cities throughout the US. I aim to educate and empower clients so that they can make financially savvy money decisions for themselves and for their families. Some of these solutions include but not limited to: guaranteed and tax-free lifetime income streams, tax-free legacy transfer, estate planning, children's college funding (alternatives to 529 plans), and alternate investments.
