My name is Darryl Bass, married with 9 children. I am a minister and Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor and owner of D&R Solutions Corp. I am currently working on fix and flip properties with pre-approved buyers either through FHA or VA. I have more clients than cash to fulfill. My fix & flips usually take about 30-90 days from contract to completion (most of time waiting on clear title and funding) and selling in as little as 3-10 days.
