About myself
A real estate entrepreneur with a diverse background touching on almost every aspect of the industry. I work with bulk REO buyers primarily in Phoenix AZ, Southern California and Florida - starting with $1 million orders. I deal as direct to both the buyer and the legitimate seller to increase the probability of closing the deal. I'm a facilitator and a deal maker/closer.
