About myself
Myersville Maryland is a smallish town I live near with both Frederick Md to the East and Hagerstown to the West of me. I currently have been investing in Washington County MD but live in Frederick Co.. These town both have a pop of about 75 K people. Married two sons and they have children of their own. I have started both into rental property business and we all want to expand. My past has been through a RE agent off MLS but I see that I can rarely get deals better than the 1% ratio.
