I started in Property Management in 2010 overseeing 160 plus properties and grew it to 240 properties. Once I gained a thorough understanding of the business I gravitated towards becoming a Realtor. I am currently a licensed SC & GA Realtor since 2014. I am also an active investor here in my local market. As an investor friendly agent I love with working with other investors helping them grow and educating them about my local market and all the amazing opportunity here. I have helped several out of town investors grow their portfolio with deals here that would be impossible where they reside. Currently working a plan to keep purchasing rentals and becoming financially free in 15 years. I have also worked with several local investors as a project manager to oversee 100+ residential rehabs and rental turns to gain experience and build some great relationships.
