Hi, I'm Ryan. I graduated four years ago from Bentley University and I work as a systems analyst full-time in the Massachusetts 128 belt. I caught the investor bug not long after graduating college, and I am currently a "Boglehead" passive index fund investor looking to learn more about semi-passive real estate investing. House hacking is how I hope to make the jump into real estate.
