I am a full time shift worker in Sarnia, Ontario with a good start in part time investing in creating my own financial independence. I am a single mom of 2 wonderful young adults, with 4 SFH's & a desire to earn more! I love real estate for its' passive income capability, but also because of the thrill of meeting new people & helping them afford homes that might be out of reach for whatever reason. My newest venture is into Rent to Own homes. I am looking forward to continuing this exciting learning curve now that my children have grown & I've more free time to fill with investing knowledge & action!
