I'm a Certified QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor and Intuit Enterprise Suite Specialist with hands-on experience in property bookkeeping, rent tracking, bank reconciliation, and tenant utility billing (RUBS). I currently support a US property management company with 84 rental units across four properties, handling rent records, utility allocations, tenant statements, and financial reporting.
