Hi. My name is Richard ( Rich). I'm a Physical Therapist and has been practicing for over 17 years now. My wife's name is Morgan, she's an ICU Nurse. We have a daughter, she's almost 3 y/o. We just bought a house recently. My interest in REI started after I read rich dad/poor dad by Robert Kiyosaki. It definitely changed my view and focus in life. I started searching for more info, mostly online, and that's how I found biggerpockets. Me and my wife loves to travel and spend a lot of family time together. But with our busy jobs, it's so hard to do it. This is WHY we became so interested in REI. We want to focus on building passive income and hopefully, retire from our job so we can spend quality time with our family. Experience: As for now, our only experience in RE was after we bought our first house. Would like to have a mentor to guide us. We are very willing and eager to learn.
