I am a litigator and law firm owner, as well as investor/realtor who manages/owns real estate. My love of real estate inspired me to start Bigtown Homes, a boutique real estate company representing homebuyers/sellers, and investors alike. We not only help buy and sell luxury homes as well as income properties for our clients, we offer the security of knowing that your realtor, backed up by a law firm, has the negotiation skills, legal and contract knowledge and know how, to get you the best deal on the best terms, and, to help you avoid legal/regulatory pitfalls and problems, which are more common in the highly regulated Los Angeles real estate market than in other less regulated markets. We also have access to teams of vendors and tradesmen who can assist our clients, as well as experience in managing Short, mid, and long term rentals.
