Richard Smith

After retiring from 25 years in the Air Force, I got into real estate full time. I started at wholesaling with a little flipping, and moved into long term holding. We hold inventory in Idaho and Texas, and have a car wash and concrete lifting company as well. Over my career I've learned the importance of team work, and look forward to building a cohesive network of buyers, rehabers, contractors, and realtors.
