Richard Weber

I have been in the home building and construction business for over 40 years. I have been involved in building or remodeling over 1000 houses. I have a degree in mathematics and have been involved in either managing or running a business with from 5 - 500 employees. I have a lot of experience but am not a know it all. I have found that the more I know the more I know I don't know. It helps keep me humble.
