I am currently in the military and when I retire in 2025, my wife and I's goal is to have enough passive income built through real estate to supplement my active duty income. We want to be able to both retire early and work for ourselves. Experience: We have completed a live in flip, refinanced and now hold the property as a rental. We also have 3 Townhouses and a Duplex in our portfolio that have all underwent upgrades after purchase and prior to renting. Real Estate Goals: Our short term goal while we're in Alabama is to buy a minimum of two properties in 2019 and a minimum of four properties in 2020. Our niche is to buy and hold rental properties and also doing some house flipping on the side. Seeking: We have started a real estate investment business and are always looking to grow our team. We believe that having a strong team and building relationships with like minded people will be key to a successful business and life. What we have to offer: Our skills consist of hard work, dedication, persistence and the desire to succeed. Even though right now we have only dipped our toes in the water, we have learned a lot from our experiences thus far and are only just ramping up. We also believe in continuing to grow our knowledge in any way possible, whether that is reading, listening to audibles, podcasts, youtube videos, meeting up with local investors, seeking out potential team members, etc. we have and will continue to put in the work to be able to succeed in life. We look forward to connecting with other like minded people near and far and are eager to continue learning and growing.
