Rich Ralston

As a preschooler growing up in the Lansing area, I started asking my parents when we would move to a house that had a dog. They did finally get me a dog & several years later we moved into a brand new house. Such was my first lesson in real estate (dogs don’t sell with the house). I spent the first 18 years of my adult work life in restaurant management and then 20+ years operating my own commercial cleaning business here in Livingston County. Through both I learned many lessons about providing outstanding customer service and patients while moving people towards common goals.
