About myself
Husband and wife team in real estate investing. Started ZKO Enterprises in 2016 when we had 2 in college and needed a place to live after the freshman dorms. Our third and youngest is now a sophmore and living in one of our properties. We currently own 7 student housing properties in Athens, GA and College Station, TX. Looking to network and meet more people in the real estate world. I also have a day job working for a real estate software company as an IT Professional.
