About myself
My wife and I decided in 2015 to get into real estate investing, with a goal of acquiring a dozen or so properties by 2020, and helping pay for the holds with some flips. This is a part-time gig for us and we're both new to real estate investing, rehabbing houses, and being landlords. Our first purchase was a foreclosed duplex and it was in very rough condition.
